    We had a cracked tile on our roof and the bottom half of the tile had slid into the gutter. I phoned Tom at Five Valleys on Tuesday afternoon after reading his reviews. He answered the phone quickly and we agreed that he would come to look at the problem at 9.00am on Thursday morning, which was a great response. Tom arrived promptly at the agreed time and 30 mins later he had repaired the broken tile. Tom is easy to deal with and gave an honest assessment of the problem. Based on the service we received from Tom we would have no hesitation in recommending for any of your roofing problems.

  • Roof “repair”

    Tom quoted and got his guys to “repair” part of our roof, following the “repair” the roof leaked on the other side. They returned to fix the gutters that they had not adjusted correctly but roof still leaks. Then realised the leak remained in the original place so I called them back to complain they said the cause was higher up and dripping down so they quoted for another repair, stupidly I went with them and both leaks persist a year later. after spending £6k I need to start again. Also they drove into our wall and knocked it down and were unhappy about repairing it.
