I called Tom having already asked another tradesman to come and have a look at a toilet that would not flush , not a difficult job and i also had another toilet that had not been used for a while that needed looking at too The first tradesman that i called came , took a look and quoted me a crazy amount of £560 to fix . Having laughed and said no he then ruduced the bill to £390? So i thought i will try another Local plumber , and i called Tom. He could not have been more helpful, came the same day , had a look and sorted it there and then , total bill £115 superstar thank you Tom

After struggling to get a plumber, I found Tom who got straight to work and fixed an issue with some pipe work. Would recommend Tom highly.

Tom communicated well and was punctual, and he provided excellent craftsmanship using quality materials. When complete, he provided an invoice/receipt before leaving. My overall impression was "professional". Thanks.
