Tom the plumber called me within minutes of putting the job onto Checkatrade. He said he could come at the end of the day to do the job and quoted how much it would cost. True to his word he came - quickly realised that the tap I bought needed uk adapters and shot out to get what was needed at the plumbers merchants and installed the tap. He also noticed a perished overflow pipe and fixed that as well without charging extra. He was speedy efficient and a really decent chap. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will certainly keep hold of his details for future reference. 10/10

Tom responded within ten minutes, quoted a competitive price, and agreed to do the job on the next available working day (although urgent it was not an emergency). He arrived at the expected time, surveyed the task, and completed it within 90 minutes, and to our complete satisfaction.
