Terry and his team worked very well with our requirements.

I found Terry using this site so wanted to provide some feedback. For the initial quotation, Terry was happy to make alterations including removing some work and adding extra items. He was happy to go through the quote in detail so that everything was clear from the start. Terry turned up when he said he would and kept me up to date with the schedule of works. One of the trades didn't turn up when they said they would but Terry made sure the work was completed as soon as possible afterwards to ensure the rest of the works were not delayed. I would recommend Terry and would use him again.

Terry and his Team were great from start to finish and he oproject managed the job throughout. He also recommended his contacts for parts of the job we wanted done outside of his quote and this was an added bonus with all of his contacts and his workers being reliable efficient and good value for money. He was fair and worked well with our designer and with the borough building control. The project was carried out with a full scaffold which was alarmed so, even when the roof was off, we remained in our home with very low level of inconvenience.

Terry and his carpenter erected a stud wall to create a new upstairs corridor. This included reinforcing the floor joists, installing a lintel and moving a door, per the structural engineer’s specifications. I was impressed by Terry and his carpenter’s professionalism and workmanship. Terry provided his fee quote promptly, completed the work within the agreed time and on budget. Terry is clearly an experienced builder and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Terry was all you could want from a tradesman from the initial quote right through to finishing the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The work was up to the standard we reqired, the workers were on time,courteous and polite were very helpful in giving advice to any queries that we had. The work was finished on time and within our budget
