Completly gutted the old bathroom, put new doorway in, fitted new sash windows made by RP Joinery,re furbished the walls with dot and dabbed moisture board. Replastered. Decorated by James Solle.

Pretty much re-build it in the end. Battened and reboarded. New suspended floor and tiling. New suite, plumbing and electrics. New window and door and new lobby beside with new roof.
Replaced the floor, the three doors, the whole Lobby glazed structre, the roof. French drain outside.

New Dining room. Subfloor completley replaced. Had dividing wall between rooms removed, steel hidden in the floor zone so the cielings run through at the same height. Doorway to hall has been widened and a steel fitted with a box steel pier to support one side. All plastered and decorated
All damp proofed, replastered and decorated. New bay sash windows. New sub floor laid.
All damp-proofed and replastered. Coving fitted. Shelving to chimney alcoves.

The old wall was bowing where both the internal and external skin had become unnatached due to the wall ties failing. Rebuilt it with blocks and new wall ties, nice and straight again.
Old Lobby demolished, pier between door and window re-built
Completly stripped out to replace ceiling of kitchen and bathroom floor.
Preview of Master bedroom wall was bowing out by a couple of inches..
 Notice bricks used to bring window opening up. These were removed and the wall re-built and a new lintel cast on site.
False ceiling removed, ended up removing the lathe and plaster and re-boarding.
