  Low quality/delayed work, and a serious safety hazard

  Hired them for decking based on a reasonable quote. A 2-3 day job took a week because they didn't order materials in advance, blocking garden access. They eyeballed measurements, leaving it uneven and patched with terrible triangle-cut boards. The work was rushed and unfinished. They returned to finish it when called, but days later our child pulled out a loose screw, which was highly unsafe. I messaged them to fix this hazard, but after being paid they completely ignored me. We are very unhappy with the quality.

  Top Job! Very happy with the outcome.

  I was very pleased with the service received from Top Choice. They were reliable, when others had let me down, and the quality of work was excellent. I had bush/tree roots removed next to an old stone wall, rubble and a raised area of concrete removed and a ground sheet and gravel laid down on a path area for accessing my garage. Although the scale of the job was small, they gave me a clear idea of what was possible and necessary. They executed the job as planned, on time. Communication was professional and friendly and the cost was really reasonable. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

  Great workers and very happy with the job ,definitely have them again , from start to finish

  We had top choice for doing our garden , replacing our grass , Nathen they owner and the boys who worked for him done a great job , they worked non stop , for all the time they were there, nothing was to much trouble for them , they have got great respect for us , we definitely having them again , thank you all 5 ⭐️ for the landscaping our garden , we are so happy and they cleaned up after , so tidy , left us nothing to do just enjoy our new garden thank you all , Mrs Mr Carol and John Lewis

  Professional and accurate

  Superb job by Nathan and team, did exactly what was asked and listened and responded clearly to questions. Pleasant, professional manner and gave us what we wanted. Asked for an estimate for another job and would definitely use and recommend Top Choice again.

  Decking stones and old slabs removed and replaced with Natural Indian Sandstone patio

  Nathan and team from Top Choice were excellent from start to finish. They pulled up all the old decking, removed the stones and old slabs, and completely transformed the area. I was given a choice of top patio slabs, including beautiful Indian sandstone, which really helped me achieve the look I wanted. No job was too difficult for them and Nathan was always on hand to give advice whenever needed. The whole team were polite, professional, and highly organised working in extreme heat throughout. This was a big job, but the quality of work and result was outstanding. Highly recommended!

  Couldn’t ask for better tradesman

  We had a huge job done. Old decking ripped up, old patio removed. Retaining wall built and filled in with 40+ ton to make the garden level. They fitted new porcelain patio, fencing, rope and posts, new turf and cut a tree down. Plus all the little things in between. The guys were all so respectful and encouraged our 10 year old to get involved after school. It was always the highlight of his day. Most polite bunch of tradesman I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and I would never use anyone else apart from Top Choice for any home improvements . Amazing team!!
