  Remove felt roof. Fit OSB boards, EPDM rubber roofing with raised edge trims.

  Remove felt roof. Fit OSB boards, EPDM rubber roofing with raised edge trims, using EPDM repair tape where necessary. Fit new loft insulation under the boards, above front porch. Work completed within 2 days.
