We've used Ryan a few times before and always found them to be very good. Unfortunately we asked them to cut the outside line of out conifers and do the outside tops so I can maintain them from inside. The outside line was cut fine but the tops were not cut more than half way along. We now have a ragged outside top line and despite contacting Ryan more than half a dozen times and sending him pictures of my issue he hasn't come to look at it or sort it out.

Ryan completed a very professional job. Removal of a large conifer which was encroaching on a street light and also a complicated crown reduction of an established eucalyptus tree. Everything was left tidy and the work was all done with care and skill.

Absolutely superb service from these lads - from the communication from Ryan (both fast and frequent) to the care they took in my garden (including helping out one of my neighbours) and the absolutely superb clean up job. We had a row of conifers reduced by about 50%, they are now level and tidy, and I couldn't praise the lads enough. They even took real care of my free ranging ducks who, even though we did pen them out of the way, still could have been in reach of stray branches if they'd not been careful so I really appreciated this. Thanks again, superb job, quick, efficient and clean!

The company was amazing right from the time he came down to have a look to sending a quote by email, which was very well presented, listed everything that was needed to be done with all materials. They did the job within two days with 3 workman and put up 14 fence panels, posts and gravel boards after cutting down all the conifers to ground level as we wanted. They left the place so tidy and were very polite and great to talk to. I would recommend this company

Ryan, Theo and young Tyler were absolute diamonds in removing our trees, approximately 20 odd to provide a number. They had hoped to complete within two days but the task would have been a mammoth for a team of even 4 to complete within two days. Thank you so much guys, you did a beyond amazing job and went far over what we expected !

Ryan and Theo were polite, friendly and efficient. Care was taken to ensure both the trees and the wildlife were protected whilst reducing the height and shape of the trees. Garden was left tidy and the job was completed in good time.
