Tyrone from Top floor came to check the job and he was very professional and polite. On time. He explained a couple of ways the repair/replacement of vinyl planks could be done. He was very honest and clear, it was a 2 men job. He said his colleague was able to help the next day. I agreed and the next day Tyrone and his colleague Ash ( sorry if I got your name wrong) equally polite, professional and very friendly. Again they explained what they were going to do and if I agreed with it. They started to work and they were very fast and efficient. Price was also good. I highly recommend them.

Tyrone was a pleasure to work with since he reached out to me via phone minutes after my post on here. He was really friendly, polite and even offered to send me his link so I could view the quality of his work before I made a decision. That made me trust him and his work from the start. He was really helpful and even carried out the vinyl flooring from my car as it was really heavy for me. The work was completed to a standard beyond my expectations and I'm so pleased with my new floor. My kids love it too! If you want someone professional, trustworthy and reliable, look no further!

Saka and his colleague completed the job in an effective and efficient way. He went for an extra mile to bring the bulky carpet and underlay from the reception to the apartment without extra charges which I really appreciate.
