  A reliable plumber with reasonable rates.

  We were so happy to find a plumber who could sort out our leaking toilet. He diagnosed the problem, told us it did not need an urgent visit, and then made time for us on Saturday anyway but charged us standard rate. The work was done cleanly and the toilet is not now leaking. We can recommend TopFlow in every way.

  Leaking stopcock

  Plamen came to look at a leaking old external stopcock. He tightened it as best he could and reduced the leak significantly and gave helpful advice on what we should do next, but didn't charge anything for the call out. His honesty was much appreciated and his pricing looks fair, so I would definitely use him again.

  No hot water of heating

  I had no heating or hotwater. Not covered under our home emergency policy due the the cause being sludge in the system. Contacted Plamen who came round the following day, replaced the pump, gave me some great advice as to flushing system/renewing rads etc. Very clear costings, great advice and honest. Would definatley recommend

  Excellent experience with boiler replacement

  Plamen was excellent from when he did the initial inspection through to replacing the boiler. Explained everything clearly and was transparent at every stage. Was considerate when doing to work. Would use him again and can recommend him highly.

  Water running in toilet continuously

  Plamen was on time and extremely courteous, explaining everything he was doing. A part had to be ordered and Plamen was able to return to fit in good time. Plamen wouldn’t accept payment until everything was sorted. Plamen is very knowledgeable, he carried out the work with care, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him
