I booked Top Heat Works (Sunny) for a tap replacement between 2-4pm, and he cancelled at the last minute with a promise to return the following day between 2-3pm. Again - no show. Total radio silence, no answer to 5 calls and messages, no idea where he is, no message or explanation. Not at all reliable, and wasted 2 days. Instead contacted Sam Plumbing in Hounslow with much more reliable reviews.

I was given various brand and quotes in advance before the work could commence. Sunny also told me what the cost would be with different options, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I have used Sunny before because of his knowledge and the hard work he puts in. This was no different he came promptly with his colleague took the old boiler and started on installing the new one. Excellent and meticulous in the work they completed. Left my kitchen neat and tidy as it was. Very happy and thank you.

Fitted a new boiler and flushed out the system, they were very efficient and on time and its working perfectly, very neat job and cleaned up as they went.

The staff at Top Heat Work's are very friendly, polite, reliable, professional and efficient, they carry out the work with great care to ensure customer satisfaction is always maintained. I am very happy with their service overall and I have recommended them to friends and family who are also very pleased with the service they received.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Top Heat Works. They attended the job promptly, have diagnosed the issue and fixed it without any experiments, good skills and know their trade well. The charges are reasonable. I would use their service in the future when needed and would certainly recommend.
