I can’t recommend Ylber highly enough to anyone. He’s done various jobs for me fitting the bathroom and kitchen floors, plumbing, general building, and other bathroom work. He is very experienced, pay attention to details and the quality of his work is excellent. I’ve dealt with many tradesmen, but he's one of the best. He’s multi skilled so his quotes are competitive. He is efficient, honest, reliable, friendly, hardworking and has excellent communication skills. He’s very honest with the material costs and always gave me the receipts. Had a company come out and install new bathroom. After they left, trap was leaking for wash hand basin & there was a pool of water everyday from the close coupled toilet. Ylber attended initially & completely removed the vanity unit/wash hand basin & completely redid the waste pipe work with a new trap. Refitted wash hand basin and applied silicone leaving it leak free. Also fitted splash back to another wash hand basin & reapplied silicone to leaking shower cubicle. Came back & removed leaking close coupled toilet, installed new one, flexible waste pipe & seal for 110mm pipe. 1st class work.
