  Bathroom Damp To A New Roof

  Martin came and spotted the reason for the damp in moments. He was also the only one who saw a secondary issue. He & his team arrived to do the remedy work. During this he saw that the whole roof timbers were in a dangerous state. With photos and videos he explained the problems and dangers. 3 days later we have a complete new roof. Top Level were very hard working and retained attention to detail at all times.

  I am so impressed by this company’s total quality assurance. From the moment I met Martin, to the end of the project, it was all detailed step by steps. He was so reliable, honest, transparent and helpful, and pay more attention to details. He told me from beginning how long the project will take and he delivered, with impeccable quality. I am also thrilled with the way he used pictures to explain things to me, so I can understand better.   Happy with my roof!

  What started as a roof cleaning service ended up being a complete replacement of the roof membrane and fixing other issues. Everything was done to a high standard from start to finish. Martin was brilliant, professional and meticulous. He showed me the footage taken by a drone camera, which clearly indicated the issues with the roof. Initially I was skeptical due to the costs involved, but I realized that I could not afford inaction. His team is also brilliant. At the end, I was happy with the result.

  good work and good communication

  I had a small issue with my gutter pipe, and Martin came and fixed it very quickly. He was professional, efficient, and very friendly. A really nice guy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work.

  I would definitely recommend Top Level roofing. They were great and super quick. Loved how they talked me through the work and showed me updates with videos and pictures throughout. I was a bit hesitant about having our roof replaced as it wasn't our original plan but after an in depth discussion with Martin he automatically put us at ease and no question was too many. They have a great team, clean, efficient & good pricing. Thanks for your hard work.
