A quote was booked for Monday morning at 9am. No one arrived or contacted us. I called Topline at 9:30am and, after checking and calling me back, I was advised that the person coming to give us the quote wasn’t local and hadn’t turned up for work yet. We were then informed that he’d be unable to get to us before even 2pm. If I hadn’t contacted them, we would’ve been waiting all day. If they can’t turn up as arranged to provide a quote, I have no confidence that they’d be any different if I chose them to carry out the work. I’ll look elsewhere for a more reliable company.

Communication was good from the start. The service was fast, efficient, friendly, tidy, if good quality and very reasonably priced. I'm as happy as Larry and I will use Topline again.

Fitters were polite, careful while working completing an excellent finish to the job. Tidy while working and efficient in all departments.
