Flat Roof Repair
I contacted Top Mark Roofing through checkatrade on 2nd October 2024. They promised that they will able to guarantee the roof will be leak-free for 10 years. They carried out works on the 8th and 23rd October however the roof is still leaking. I tried my best to contact the company through multiple means and tried to resolve it however they responded with minimal communication and willingness to honour the agreement. Avoid this company as they were quick to demand payment however were unwilling to communicate with us afterwards to complete the job as per our agreement.Verified reviewerJob location: IG50 Roof Inspection Report

repairing leaking roof
I received a text from them on Wednesday morning to say that someone would be out in the afternoon to rectify the problem but no one turned up on Wednesday or Thursday even though the weather was fine. I have had the back of the roof inspected and they have found 7 (seven) holes on the lead in the gulley and a joist that has rotted underneath it. The gulley was supposed to have been fixed, according to the invoice? guarantee. After originally quoting £450 we kept being told that more needed doing and the price was going up and up. We are vulnerable, elderly with disabilities so had to take his word for what needed doing and that the work was being done. The work was not done and within 2 months the water was pouring down the walls, much worse than before. I have tried to use the guarantee we were given but he does not come out. Roof looks great!
I could not be more pleased with Top Mark Roofing. They were excellent to work with and helped me every step of the way. They were super responsive and always available. Everything from the start to the completion was excellent. The roofers worked very hard to complete the job in one day and were very friendly. Both roofers were great. Great experience!!
I can't say enough great things about my roofing experience. They walked me through the process and explained what was going on every step of the way.
