  Complete internal renovation.

  Top Marks are highly recommended. From start to finish, the professionalism, work ethic, advice and works completed were second to none! I had a complete internal renovation, including: wall removal, new kitchen, new bathroom, all walls and ceiling re plastered, radiators, lighting/fixtures, re wire and fusebox, carpentry and flooring. The absolute full package. The work was completed to exemplary standards and looks amazing. I have been asked on numerous occasions who carried out my work due to quality of the finish.

  Bathroom floor replacement

  Mark did a full garden makeover including all new fences with several gates, 2 new sheds, turf, new patio and redid the stairs. He was on time, kept the site clean and the finished product was fantastic. As he did such a great job we then had him put in new bathroom flooring for 2 bathrooms. The bathroom floor was done very quickly, he took up all the old flooring, replaced and put bathroom suite back. He used LVT flooring product which is perfect for wet spaces. Excellent job done.

  Mould to gold

  New to me flat gets covered in mould as summer goes. I couldn't keep up with it. Unbearable and unbelievable how bad it was. Several recommendations and lots of hard work didn't help. Mark, who had just fixed my bathroom explained to me exactly what was reported to fix the issue permanently. I bit the bullet and he built a second wall around the flat. His work is amazing, incredibly professional. A big job that required a lot of work including plastering, wiring and moving plugs to the walls. After two weeks I had a brand new clean flat, and two winters later I have not seen a spec of mould.

  Fixed my nightmare.

  After fitting a new bathroom, water leaked downstairs onto my neighbour's bathroom. Neither the original fitter nor 2 other separate plumbers fixed the issue permanently. Eventually I was given Mark's details and meticulously he identified the issue which no one else did. My bathroom was fixed within hours and moreover Mark returned my neighbour's bathroom downstairs with its collapsing ceiling into its original glory. (Thank you neighbour for you patience). Excellent workmanship, super efficient, very professional and undoubtedly extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
