  Shower cubicle replacement

  Mark was very thorough in assessing my chronically leaking shower which several other trades people overlooked. He carried out a fantastic job replacing the unit with absolute perfectionism. He was excellent with communication, keeping me in the loop throughout the project. Mark is honest, hardworking, kind and considerate, and excellent at his craft. It was a pleasure to have him do the work for me and I have already booked him in for another job! I would highly recommend him! Thank you Mark!

  Excellent service and very professional.

  Discovering a leak from under the bath we contacted Mark for advice. He was very thorough and gave us a full appraisal to the extent of the damage which was considerable. His workmanship was excellent, and he kept us informed throughout. We are delighted with the outcome of the work and would have no hesitation in recommending him.   Installation of extra handrail and various grab handles.

  Installation of an extra handrail and various grab handles. Mark always ensures that any job is completed to the highest possible standard. Always goes the extra distance to make sure the customer is totally satisfied with whatever job he does. I can't recommend him more highly.

  Refurbished En Suite Shower Room

  Mark refurbished our en suite shower room. He visited us first to review the job and agreed that we would supply the materials, he would supply the labour and would charge on a daily rate. He was very helpful in advising on what we needed and we were able to contact him for advice before the work commenced. During the work he was punctual, friendly and worked hard. His workmanship was second to none and would talk through any potential problems that arose. He fitted a new shower, tiled the floor and walls, fitted a new heated towel radiator and all the fittings. Very happy customer!

  A qualified and knowledgeable tradesman

  Topmarks Property Care was quick to react and as he lived locally, was able to visit and assess the work, and then to complete the repair within that same day. Mark was very knowledgeable, and suggested the best options for refixing my bathroom tiles, which were breaking loose.
