Good communication from the start. Tom came on time as had been agreed and carried out the work of replacing broken roof tiles. He sourced the tiles to match the others and cleared everything away before leaving the site. Overall delighted with the whole experience of using Top Point Roofing.

Our experience using Top point was great from start to finish. The organisation of the job was great, Tom actually helped assess the condition of the roof while we were purchasing this property. Tom and his team worked tirelessly through some really rough weather to get the job done. The roof looks great and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was left clean and tidy, including cleaning out the loft. We had a minor breakage when the scaffolding came down but Tom addressed the issue despite it not being his fault. Could not recommend Top point more.

Tom and his colleague delivered a great job from start to finish. We were kept updated throughout the 3 days of work. The cost was reasonable and they left the work area very clean and tidy. The quote, invoice and receipt were sent quickly and included a 5 year guarantee for the repair and cleaning. Tom and his team removed existing roof tiles. replaced felting and battens and broken tiles. Very professional, kept me informed as the work progressed, went the extra mile to ensure the job was successfully completed. Highly recommend.
