Thomas impressed us from the start. Communication pre-start was excellent and continued that way. He was knowledgeable, understood our needs and asked questions to help us meet them, as well as offering suggestions and options but was never pushy. Everything was clear financially. When we met problems he engaged with us to resolve them and we knew exactly what it would cost. He started when he said he would. Thomas is a bathroom expert. His work ethic is excellent and he left everything tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas to you.

Great work completed as usual. We had a long list of bathroom items which we thought would be long and be complicated, but Thomas completed everything very quickly and also keeps you well informed about options along the way. Would definitely recommend!

Tomasz did a fantastic job fixing a leak in my bathroom, replacing a faulty pop-up waste, fitting a new shower screen, and resealing my bath. His workmanship was excellent throughout, and it's clear he really knows his trade. Thomas changed the bathroom taps and shower. He also improved the plumbing for the shower and changed the bath panel. He is friendly, helpful and works to a high standard.
