Dylan and his team carried out 1st class roof repairs on our home, managing to fit us in on an urgent basis on the way home from another contract. Although this was at the end of an already long, hot day, they were diligent, courteous & considerate throughout and gave us all the time in the world. They were able to access areas of the roof where several other roofers had failed and talked us through every step of the way. Thank you Top Quality Roofing and Building, you are highly recommended and have been put top of our list for when future project require a professional touch .

Dylan and his team did an excellent job of taking down our leaky chimney stack and replacing it with a stainless-steel flue. They also fitted a dry ridge system and replaced some broken tiles. Dylan and his team were very professional, friendly, quick and efficient - from providing us with a written quote (really reasonably priced) to carrying out the work. The quality of their work is remarkable. They also took away all the rubble. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work done.

We needed roof repairs after removing an old gas fire, Top Quality Roofing and Building were amazing! They came out within an hour, used a drone to inspect the roof, and gave a fair quote. Dylan did the job quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The roof repair is flawless as you can see by the photos. He even spotted a small future issue with our roof beams that we would have missed. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Highly recommend! I contacted Dylan from top quality roofing &building as I had a leak on the roof and didn't know where it was coming from, Dylan came out and noticed the problem straight away, and solved it exactly how he explained, he was well spoken and you could see he took pride in all his work which I liked, I highly recommend Dylan and his team thanks again 😊
