Don’t get me wrong the lads who do the labour work are very good and hard working but the guy who takes your money is a cowboy named James and if you have any problems after the job is done he is not interested in taking any of your phone calls or messages because the job is completed and he has your money,and he says he gives me 5 year garantee and the job has only been completed 3 weeks ago,he is not interested,proper cowboys stay well away from Top rank drives and patios ..

Shocking work and service and still uncompleted and now ignoring messages. Base is wrong size and not smooth so shed has been built now leaking. They said they would come back and levelling floor and seal round shed but now James just blanking me. I messaged him of another phone pretending to be intrested in his services and he replied straight away. Also didn’t do the extras he was supposed to do. Was very poor with communication with his team. Seen other reviews on other platforms after saying similar thing. Wish I looked more around before going with this fraud

Excellent work

Owner provided initial quote, was knowledgeable and honest with insight. Provided contract Lads turned up on time, worked hard, were friendly and pleasant to be around. Stumbled across these lads by chanced and wouldn’t look any where else for future work. They will be the first number I call

Whilst they were working everything was good, liked what they did, worked hard. So I paid in good faith for their return. BUT . Left a mess, gravel and tarmac on driveway, tools left, including wheelbarrows, men at work signs, and clothing from the workmen , next door neighbour unable to shut their gate properly, and some junk from my garden left in the neighbours. Bottles and cans left lying around. 2 of the fences installed are likely to fall out. Promises of return never materialised, I am now left with a driveway full of gravel and spoil from the work that I am unable to do anything

Unfortunately work to rectify and replace broken concrete panel hasn't been done. Messages are being ignored on watts app and when James did reply in the beginning saying he was coming etc he never turned up . We've now an insecure property?As there's an alleyway behind and the council can't help as the damage was caused by 3rd party ( top rank drives and patios). James team were excellent and it's a shame he's letting them down like this
