  Roof replacement including soffits, facias & guttering

  We’re absolutely delighted with our roof replacement. From the first inspection to the final clean‑up, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time every day, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard. The new roof looks fantastic and has made a real difference to the house.   Replacement of Lead flashing around chimneys

  We had a serious issue with water ingress into our loft from the failed lead flashing around two chimneys, Ernest came and installed new lead flashing to both chimneys in what can only be described as very challenging weather.They have an excellent standard of work, Ernest is very friendly and approachable as are all his workers, the work was carried out within the quoted time and at a what I thought was a reasonable price. Would highly recommend Topscale Roofing to anyone. 👍🏻

  chimney repointing / New guttering & Fascias

  Turned up exactly to date and on time. Weather forecast wasn't looking good so brought extra labour to complete everything in a day. Completed work and cleaned up we'll afterwards. Took photos of before and after with the Chimney which was appreciated. Guttering g & Fascias look stunning.
