  Excellent service

  I cannot recommend Tom at Top Signal highly enough! From start to finish, Tom was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and carried out the Ethernet cable installation with great care and attention to detail. The whole experience was excellent, from the initial arrangements through to the completed installation. It’s made such a difference to my home studio setup, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. It’s a pleasure dealing with someone who genuinely takes pride in their work.

  Excellent reliable Ariel installers

  Staff very helpful regarding installation of new arial. Very polite and tidy in their work. On entrance to my home to check TV reception they automatically put on over shoes. Would highly recommend this company for their quick response and good workmanship.

  Excellent, couldn't be happier.

  Tom was the first to respond to my work post. He was the first to visit my home, and before I had met the other 2 companies to quote, I'd pretty much decided that he was getting the job. Punctual, genuine, polite and knowledgeable. He works efficiently, respects your home and does a great job at a fair price.

  Top Signal Service's quality of service -

  Jermaine and Wayne of Top Signal Service installed a roof TV aerial for me a few days ago after much dithering on my part and I have to say that I should have got my act together a long time ago. The reception is vastly improved and there was minimal intrusion on their part. They kept me up to date with what they were going to do and how they were going to do it and whisked any detritus left away with them. I do recommend this firm.

  TV arial leaning and bad signal

  Tom responded quickly, I explained that TV arial is leaning over at the rented property and has a poor signal. Tom asked to send photos, from which he said the TV arial might need replacing, provided a quote, including adding another TV point in diffent room and contacted the tenant directly to arrange access. Everything is working properly and the tenant is very happy with both the work and Tom's service.
