They came round and after being talked through everything we agreed that they would do the work and Glyn and his team came round at the date and time specified covered the floors and kitchen units the team were very helpful in answering any questions I had. They were finished when they said they would be so overall very satisfied with top skim limited

We wanted our landing ceiling re plastered so we got into contact with Glyn and he came around and gave us quote which we were happy with so we arranged a date for him to come and do it. Glyn and his team came round on the date at the time we agreed and carried out the work. They covered the floors/stairs and the upstairs doors. Once they were finished they wiped everything down so very limited cleaning by us was required. We have had Glyn and his team back to re plaster our walls for us too.

I needed my door surround plastered after getting a new patio door fitted as the rsj was exposed. Topskim came over that evening to inspect and 2 days later came back with a quote. They came round the following week and did a fantastic job and was a really smooth finish

Second time using Glyn and his team. Didn’t disappoint. Glyn completed exactly what he said he would, within the time frame he suggested. Tidy, punctual and very respectful men. They were very courteous at all times and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Overall, a fab job. I feel they go above and beyond and complete the work to a very high standard. My house is very old and through renovation, the walls end up in a bit of a mess! Glyn offers options and helpful advice.
