    Excellent job from Top Spec Cleaning. Had full roof clean, with gutter, fascias and soffits completed by Craig & Jack. Turned up on time, and complete the job quickly, to a high standard. Looks fantastic, cannot recommend more.

    Quick response with a reasonable quote. Appointment for the work was agreed, to suit my timetable. Crew turned up on time, sign written vehicle, well equipped. Carried out the work as scheduled, in a very friendly & professional manner, left everything clean & tidy. A first class job

    Roof clean

    Top spec cleaned our roof and gutters. previous contractor created one hell of a mess when they cleaned the roof a few years ago. This was a totally different experience. Very professional team with quality gear. Roof cleaned with scaffold access. Gravel driveway, patio and house left very clean after the work was finished.

    Windows & Gutter clearing/cleaning for 3 bed house

    I asked Top Spec for a quote for the property, and they came back promptly with a competitive price so I booked them. On the day, the operator was on time & completed the cleaning and also asked my mother to check to see if she was happy with the work, which she was. I checked the property when I was there that evening, and they did a good job in all tasks and left the area clean & tidy: Gutters cleared and cleaned Fascias and soffits cleaned Front windows cleaned Rear back windows cleaned I would recommend Top Spec to others, as they are reliable & competitive in pricing.

    I have regular window cleaning with Topspec, in the past I have also had carpet and oven cleaning. All services have been excellent and completed to an extremely high standard. They are honest and reliable and friendly. I will look forward to using more of their services.

    Gutters and fascia cleaning

    We were well overdue on having the gutters cleaned and Top Specs Cleaning did a fantastic job in vacuuming all the moss stuck in the gutters which has been accumulating over the years. They were easy to deal with, made the appointment on time and did a great job on what it was required. We had the gutters, fascia and windows cleaned at the same time and it all looked nice.
