Responsive and fixed it same day.

Installation of Stop switch
Arranged for Luke to attend my 90 year old grandfathers property to install a sure stop switch due to the difficult position of the valve behind the toilet and his impaired mobility to access. Luke was very courteous, attended on time, completed a brilliant job and left everywhere really clean and tidy. My grandad felt very at ease with his lovely manner and was thrilled with the work he did.
