  Ceiling skim over stippled effect artex

  The men from TopTier saved day! They carried the work out with less than 48 hours notice. Was done in 5 hours. Still needs a few days to dry, a bit of sanding and filling needs doing in places especoally round the edges but all in all I am happy with it.
