Works started march/April and have yet to be completed. We were shown pictures and promised professionalism. However, this is not what we have experienced, demands for money jobs incomplete. Poor workmanship. Broken oven, ceiling, pipe work, laid the bathroom tiles so the pattern didn’t match then suggested that they lay another set over the top! At the cost of tiles to us. trade is an agent and not a builder. We’ve had to stay in hotels but promised that 80% of the work is done. trade's response to my oven being damaged (it was admitted to) was its old therefore nothing will be done.

Wassim and his team provided an excellent work in refurbishing a whole flat from installing a new shower room to a new flooring throughout. I was kept informed regularly of the progress made and any issues were quickly dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and the job was completed within the deadline agreed.
