I used TopVolt for an EICR for my rental properties, and the tenant was extremely pleased with the service provided. Keanu was outstanding — he was honest and transparent about what needed to be done, explained everything clearly with supporting evidence, and genuinely took pride in carrying out the work to a very high standard. The pricing was very competitive with no hidden charges, and the whole process was handled openly and professionally.

1st contact was efficient and friendly. Carried out a site visit to confirm what was required. Stayed in touch between then and install date, answering any questions I had quickly and clearly. On installation day he worked with care and efficiency to complete the work exactly as promised. Again he answered any questions I had throughout the installation process. Would definitely recommend TopVolt and will use him again.

Keanu was very knowledgeable, helpful and on time. He was very communicative about what needed doing and when, costs were clear. When extra work was needed on my property he told me what a qualified electrician needed to do and jobs i could get him to do or do myself. Very honest tbf when he could easily have made a good few extra bucks! He came highly recommended and I will do the same. 10/10

I was very pleased with Keanu keeping to time, very polite young gentleman, introduced himself and was very professional. He carried out the job to my satisfaction and was very thorough with checking everything was safe before he finished.
