Water was cold when running hot water
Toro came out to visit, punctual and quick. They said it was a diverter valve and one would be ordered and they would come back to us within a week. This was 3 weeks ago. Replacing bathroom sinks, toilets, cabinets and pop up sink waste drain
I was lucky enough to find Toro Plumbing last year when we were having some boiler and heating issues and have continued to use their services when any plumbing issues arise or there is a need to replace items which are no longer working correctly. They are reliable, super tidy, courteous with excellent time keeping and communication. On this occasion Harry and Tyler were replacing bathroom sinks, toilets, cabinets and a pop-up sink waste drain. A great job done indeed. Adapt pipe work to create one heating zone and other boiler related tasks
Harry has completed a selection of jobs for us since mid-November relating to our heating and plumbing. I initially contacted him as we had a toilet filter valve issue. He replied within hours to my message. Gave a clear quotation and completed that task. Then we needed various central heating issues sorting out including having one heating zone from two. Various valves were faulty and the boiler needed a service. All items quoted for and completed a few days later on each occasion. Ideal Combi Boiler
Harry has been friendly, punctual, thorough and always very quick to reply to texts and emails through the whole process. I was able to get a new boiler installed very quickly in a very busy time of the year (November). No surprises or price increases. Lavatory and cock stop
Harry comes highly recommended without a doubt! He is reliable, punctual, professional, clean and tidy, personable and reasonably priced.
