From survey to fitting the vinyl flooring. This firm was very professional and very pleasant they carried out the job very well and I was more than satisfied with the results! They cleaned up at the end of the day and left everything in perfect order. I will certainly use this company to do any flooring in the future. They were excellent 👌

I needed a stair carpet fitted with very little notice. I wanted a stair lift fitted and the carpet had to go in first. Tyrone and crew were most obliging and measured and fitted our large awkward shaped stairs and landing quickly. They did a good job and we are pleased with it.

We don’t recommend Torquay Carpets and Flooring or their owner, Tyrone. At first, they seemed like a reliable company. They charge a premium, which we were happy to pay, since they claimed to handle everything. The carpet and fitting were fine. The service was not. We asked for a stair runner, shared photo examples by email, and confirmed everything in person. What we received wasn’t what we agreed on. When we raised this, Tyrone brushed it off with “it won’t even look bad anyway.” Granted, the final result doesn’t look bad. But that’s not the point. Carpet is subjective. That’s why there
