  Removal of old garden fence and put up new one

  We chose Akil as we had seen his recent building work and he came highly recommended. Akil and his team were very polite and courteous and were excellent with their timekeeping. Akil took out our old fence and put in a a lovely, new one with very good, strong concrete posts and gravel boards. All the fencing rubbish was taken away within the agreed price. The whole team worked extremely hard and were very neat and tidy. Our new fence looks beautiful. We also had some additional work carried out; painting the front of the house which we are very pleased with. We will definitely use them again.

  Conversion of shop/residential premises to a 1 bedroom apartment with a courtyard

  Akil was introduced to me via a family member, who had spoken with him previously about a potential job. From our first meeting to completing the works, Akil and his team We’re prompt, courteous , professional and completely understanding of my needs and what I was looking to achieve. The works were fairly extensive involving removing two large load bearing walls, other structural work, full re wire and complete overhaul of the plumbing and heating system, plastering , extensive soundproofing painting, kitchen, flooring. I’m looking forward to working with him and his team again.Excellent job.

  Skimming of 2 room, including ceiling, boarding up old fireplace

  Really good, could have been a slightly tider finish around sockets. Polite, tidy and very hard working. Would recommend

  Replaced panelling around patio doors and replastered where there was water damage from roof leak. Made good walls from plumbing work. Made good edges of concrete floor. Redecorated room.

  Akil carried out the work professionally and to a high standard. He takes great care and is intelligent, honest and reliable. He clearly has many skills.
