    Shane proved easily reachable and promptly provided a quote for roof cleaning, which we found to be reasonable. Opting to proceed, he checked a day before and arrived punctually. Demonstrating diligence, he efficiently completed the roof cleaning, leaving the area tidy. Possessing all necessary equipment, Shane exhibited both courtesy and professionalism throughout. Though a minor tile issue arose afterward, he promptly addressed it the next morning. Overall, we were highly impressed and plan to enlist his services again.
