  Renovation Work

  While dealing with TCR we patiently adjusted to their schedule, politely communicated, and fully paid on time. Unfortunately, problems resulted directly from their workmanship. Necessary rework was discussed and agreed upon with them, but communication from the contractor ceased after we made final payment. So, we had to find trade specialists for correction of the problems (an extra expense of nearly 10K GBP). Especially considering TCR'S rapid retreat upon receipt of our final payment and failure to honor a satisfactory work guarantee, we strongly advise others against using this contractor.

  Dining room converted into a bathroom

  We needed a second bathroom built to support the needs of our children with autism. This needed to be done with very short notice and within 2 weeks. Jason and his team worked relentlessly every evening to get this job done in time for our family. The guys were efficient, friendly and very professional. The bathroom is perfect and extremely good value for money. We have a few more jobs that need doing in the new year so will definitely be booking with Total Construction and Renovation again and would highly recommend this amazing team.

  Tap replacement

  Total construction and renovation own a sister company, total plumbing and heating. I found them through another trade site, they responded quickly, politely and turned up exactly when they said they would. They sorted it promptly, and even future proofed it for us. Highly recommend these amazing people, quality workmanship and fair pricing.

  Excellent Job on my Floor

  Gave total construction a call last week as I was in desperate need of my floor levelling, They warned me that they were extremely busy but would fit me in if possible. Ended up managing to come late evening as I was really desperate which I massively appreciated and completed the job to a top quality standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again where needed! Thank you

  To deal with water damaged chipboard in bathroom

  The work was carried out quickly and professionally. Also the two guys who did it were extremely pleasant and chatty. They cleaned up meticulously. I picked them from my check a trade leaflet and would use them again if I needed further work done in my home.
