Tom contacted us super quickly after the initial enquiry and came round that afternoon. He explained everything he was going to do and effectively dealt with the wasps nest. We also wanted him to deal with an ants nest but he advised the ants weren’t active enough for it to work and gave us advice on how to deal with it ourselves and even sent us the details on what product to buy. Very happy and would recommend to others.

That company would have charged the full amount to re-treat the area, whereas Tom said he wouldn't.
