I'm very pleased with both the service received and the end product. Graeme and Nick were professional, punctual, left things tidy and were very pleasant. From initial contact to getting booked in was very smooth. The work was carried out to a high standard. They also went above and beyond, pointing out where previous installations had fallen short and working around the issues that they found. Graeme was very responsive and accommodating where we needed to make changes at short notice. I have nothing but good things to say. Graeme was quick to respond to my enquiry. Gave us a detailed drawing and price. Excellent workmanship, reliable and trustworthy. Needed a new front door and window as the old one had peeling UPVC. Graeme was recommended to me and did a fantastic job, fitting a very good quality door and window at a fair price. Graeme and his colleague did a fantastic job from the initial survey to installation was a seamless experience. On looking for replacement windows we arrange 4 people for quotes, but when Graeme arrived we realised he was the right choice. He helped us to select the windows and doors we wanted and was happy with. When it came time to fit them Graeme and Nick were always on time and covered the work areas, and to watch it was like well oiled machine. Just by watching them you could see that they knew they were doing and when there was an issue with the existing base Graeme explained the issue and the solution, which in effect worked better for us.
