Always reliable and excellent customer service, Adam is very knowledgeable and thorough and recently conducted our annual boiler and gas fire tests. A problem was identified and quickly followed up by Jim who visited the following day to fit the necessary part. You need to know you are in good hands with safety critical issues such as your gas supply, we have always felt reassured by Total Heat Solutions with no need to seek alternative solutions
