  Problem with gas boiler, heating stopped working.

  Dominic replied to my call promptly and happened to be in the area, so was able to visit us within minutes! After a look at our boiler and the hot water tank, he worked out what was wrong and said he could get the part and replace it straight away. What a miracle worker! We were so very grateful for his professional and efficient service. Thank you Dominic.

  Boiler loosing pressure / gas safety checks.

  Dom is a true gent and an absolute professional. After dealing with a boiler losing pressure for over six months—an issue that several other gas engineers had attempted to fix without success—Dom came in and got it sorted with articulate investigation. His expertise and thoroughness were exactly what was needed. He’s also completed other work for me, including numerous gas safety checks, and every time he’s been hard-working, honest, and reliable.   Fitted a gas hob, gas safety certificate. Kitchen sink.

  Dominic was punctual, tidy, efficient, knowledgable. He replaced a kitchen sink, a 5 burner gas hob, and carried out a gas safety certificate. We were impressed so asked him to fit 3 new radiators next week. Highly recommended.

  Heating System Review and Fix

  We have had our relatively large heating system in place for 20 years. It has never worked properly and has been touched by every heating engineer in Dorset over the years, each one sticking more plasters on it. Dom was different. A really great technical thinker and problem solver, he has systematically worked through what the issues are - and provided a brilliant, clear and cost effective solution.   Repair to boiler

  Contacted Total House plumbing early evening and the proprietor came the same evening at short notice to assess the work. He returned with the parts the next day. Efficient service especially as run up to Christmas.
