Having had a blocked sewer drain for a week, which southern water had told me was not their responsibility (turns out it was) and having been let down by another company, it was total good luck that a friend recommended this company to me. They were friendly, polite, extremely prompt (arrived within 45 minutes with a call to confirm they are close) and sorted out the problem in just over an hour. I really cannot recommend them enough. Kien was very helpful and worked hard to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would not hesitate to call them again.
