Excellent! Called on time for initial investigation and discovered problem was due to a faulty diverted valve - returned an hour later ( as promised) with replacement which was quickly fitted and got heating working again. No hesitation in recommending!

Ricky was punctual and got to work straight away, explaining what he was doing and resolving a couple if boiler issues as well as providing a Gas Safe certificate. The standard of work was top level and he worked quickly too. Ricky is very polite and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My heating was not working so I phone ben at total plumbing and heating to see if he could help me out as we had no hot water or heating he came round to have a look at it for me and got it working I was so greatful as it was very cold at the time thank u so much ben
