From original contact to completion we were kept informed. Windows and door were fitted whilst we were on holiday. Came home to find no mess and lovely windows and door all completed looking fantastic. I would highly recommend Total profiles

We had our sofit, facia and gutter replaced at the back of the house. They were very clean and tidy. They did a good job carried out in a day. They were helpful and also added a hedgehog to hopefully stop gutters blocking in the future.

Had a lovely new front door designed from a very large selection of colours and fittings. 6 weeks lead time which I was told on ordering, two lovely young men fitted the new door perfectly. I noticed the actual barrel was brass rather than silver like the rest of the furniture. I sent an email, and received a phone call the next morning and was told it was not a problem to order me another barrel in silver. This was fitted as soon as it arrived by the boss! Excellent service by very proffesional tradesman, wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend.
