First floor extension over garage, balcony, drive and steps
All the workmen worked very hard, excellent skills & timekeeping, polite & considerate. Austen, the Project Manager, kept us informed at every stage & when changes/additions had to be made, explained them clearly. Because we needed a soakaway & part of the lawn had to be dug up, we asked if steps could be added at the same time (something we were thinking of for the future). They added excellent steps & vastly improved our resin driveway (not done by them & had turned out to be a disaster) so that the whole frontage, extension and balcony looks really lovely now. Very pleased we chose TPM.

All the team were very friendly, clean & tidy. Worked very well with the plans I had for my extension, nothing was too much trouble even when we can across some hurdles they were very competent in sorting it all out.

Handmade Kitchens Designed / Installed

New bathroom, kitchen diner removal of wall chimney stack down titled the roof
From the moment I contacted TPM the service was first class Ben came round designed the kitchen open plan diner we had the wall removed from kitchen to dinning room new double french doors complete new wiring and plumbing for kitchen Ben came round on a daily basis and explained evey step of the way along the way we had some changes to the design nothing was to much for him he guided us through the changes installing confidence.The work force was first class from start to finish excellent ,tidynnes and very polite a great bunch of chaps.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TPM.

Remedial works and refurbishment
Utilising a surveyor's report, TPM conducted extensive works internally including stripping back to brick work, ventilating, insulating, plastering, carpentry and electricals plus sealing a back yard flooring for damp. All involved were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and good communicators. The works were conducted on time and to budget. The results are excellent and I could not recommend TPM highly enough.

LARGE SHED STORE
Requested TPM to build a sturdy shed. Rather costly but deemed it would be worth it!! Team of workers and other tradesman were great and they worked hard through the stages of build. Had to call Manager back quite often because of some discrepancies which were rectified. Problem is that after I had paid for the shed, the rain was getting in at the base. It was suggested that black bitumen could be painted around the base which I refused. Problem?.....only 1 brick used off the concrete! Should be two. Neighbours fence damaged. Did agree to replace and do base.Now refusing to honour it

Plastering

Total house refurbishment
I was very happy with the overall organisation, efficiency and quality of the work. The quality of the repaving of the back garden and plastering were especially good. If I had to complain, it would be that the quality of the decorating of the internal woodwork wasn't ideal.
