Kitchen fitting, herringbone flooring, washing machine installation & staircase painting.
I’m delighted with the finished result. The team fitted my kitchen, laid the herringbone floor, installed my washing machine and painted my stairs to a very high standard. They communicated brilliantly throughout, keeping me informed of any issues and involving me in every decision. They were punctual, hardworking, finished on time and were fair with any work outside the original contract. They went above and beyond to make the kitchen fit perfectly. I needed a fitted chimney hood extractor fan replaced with a new one.
I had struggled to find a trades person willing to replace my fitted chimney cooker hood fan. The original was a 2002 neff model now obsolete and the nearest replacement model didn’t fit the original fitted units. The guys although not anticipating this as I had understood the dimensions to be the same as the old one, worked round this and made adjustments to the fitted housing to accommodate the new extractor fan. I was very happy with the work done. Garage Gym painting conversion
We used Total Property Fix Ltd to paint our garage ready for a home gym and couldn’t be happier. The transformation is huge – from a dull brick space to a bright, clean gym that actually makes you want to train. Finish is spot on and really tidy throughout. Excellent work!
Total Property fix carried out a full house renovation at my home and I couldn't be any more happier with the results. The work included new flooring and ceiling and full painting of the house.
