From booking the move to the end, absolutely fantastic service. Whilst I book the job; I was kept updated with the procedure and I changed the drops to 2 properties but was not charged extra and there was no argument, basically it was all very smooth running. On the day of the move, 4 chaps with 2 box vans turned up on time. They were amazing, nothing was too difficult and such obliging & polite young men. The pool table was quite the task but they did not flinch; in fact they calmed me down. This is true customer service. Thank you guys.

Excellent, no hassle, friendly accommodating service delivered by 3 hardworking young men. They were very pleasant and worked at a great pace, handling heavy, awkward and bulky furniture down 2 flights of stairs carefully and with ease despite the outdoors temperature being 27 degrees, They were professional and courteous and respectful of our home and contents,, taking the initiative to ask where items should go. The initial visit by Alex was through and pricing and information precise, so was not difficult to choose between 3 quotes

can not recommend Alex and his team enough! They moved us today and I had to give them a review straight away. It was an emotional day for myself (Amy) and the lads were so lovely even giving out hugs and reassuring me. They were professional, took great care of our stuff, as well as being so friendly and having a laugh with us along the way. They genuinely made the day fun and calm. Fantastic service from start to finish. Alex and his team handled our long‑distance move from Bedford to hilly Mid Wales with real professionalism and friendliness. Three Luton vans over two days, and the five men were exceptional - efficient, careful and hardworking. Communication was excellent and the final cost matched the quote. Highly recommended. Biscuits and hot sausage rolls also went down very well!
