I highly recommend Total Roofing Bath Ltd. Lorcan, Josh and the team did an outstanding job replacing my roof. Stripping the old roof, applying new membrane, battens, tiles, new facias, soffits and guttering. Fitting additional loft insulation. Installing a new velux window, repointing the chimney stack new leadwork and supplying cowls to the pots. Friendly, approachable and true professionals.

Clear communication is the foundation of good business. Total roofing Company visited my home. The job was discussed with them and they promised an estimate in a few days. When no estimate arrived I emailed them requesting a reply stating whether they were either interested or not interested in doing the work. No reply received to date.

From the start of the process of initial contacting to a quote, through to completion, the experience with Total Roofing has been fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout. They talked through options at length, and then got the quote to me promptly. They answered all of my follow-up questions well; turned up on time; were courteous throughout; and even sent me photos of different stages of completion when it was all done. The work looks neat and to be well done, and we had torrential rain the day after and no problems so far with the roof.

Josh and his team did a great job in fitting new fascia, soffit and guttering for us. They worked swiftly and professionally, and everything was completed in a timely manner. Josh was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and the site was left clean and tidy after each day.
