Fault with alarm was identified as a faulty alarm panel. We had information regarding the call out which was followed up with a quote for two options. The engineer was very professional. He also replaced the outside bell which was extra to the original job and checked our smoke alarms. Overall a very good job. He explained the new panel and tested it several times. We were given a booklet with all the relevant infothstion.

We inherited the house alarm system with our new house purchase. The team came out in a good time frame to re-set up the system for us. Work carried out efficiently.
