Whether you require installation of new telephone points and telephone sockets and wires or fast repairs to your telephone line, our independent BT trained engineer is here to help.
We can move or replace your master socket, repair broken sockets add extra telephone points and sockets. We can also improve your slow broadband speed and deal with your service provider. i.e. Talk Talk Sky etc.
As a small family run business based in Basingstoke, we understand the importance of a personal service when you need telephone repairs, that's why we don't use call centres and you will always speak directly to the engineer.
Remember your service provider is only responsible up to your master socket. There are still many properties that have not had a master socket fitted, that is where Total Telephones can help you at a fraction of the cost of open reach. If the fault is inside your property BT will charge you a call out charge.
