We paid an initial 50% deposit October 2023 for a conservatory roof replacement.4 weeks ago we paid half of the remaining balance as requested £5350. The work was completed as this week October 24 and the builder walked away stating he would invoice us for the remainder. The invoice has now been sent with an added 3,000 on top. Thinking it was a typing error I emailed back to check. I have been informed it is for extra work and materials? At no point was this raised during the building project so came as quite a surprise. The company states any extras will be agreed in writing before hand.

We had been having condensation issues for years, had various roofers come round, paid them to fix the problem, but the condensation issue kept coming back badly. I got in touch with Total Trades after researching them online and Lee came round and spotted the issue straight away. He applied 2 coats of internal spray cork and replastered the room to high standard. This was completed within one week. The team turned up on time and left the property clean and tidy when finished. I was told by Lee I wouldn’t be paying a penny until the job was complete and I was happy. Excellent customer service.

I am very happy to have had Lee and his company work on my roof, and some brickwork that needed repairing, first class, highly recommend.

We could not fault Lee and the team from start to finish, Lee arrived on time as he said he would and stayed in contact through quotation right through to completion he even checked in a week later. The company was highly professional from the very first point of contact. Total trades provided us with a quote for a new GRP roof and trims as ours was in an extremely bad condition and was leaking. On the day, the team was fantastic. They arrived on time, was friendly and polite, took their boots off when indoors, and tidied up at the end of each day. Once the job was complete, they took away all the old felt and timber to dispose of, and left us with a brand new watertight roof with a 20 year guarantee. We are extremely pleased with the whole process, and would highly recommend Total Trades

Very happy with the work, protected all our kitchen area and flooring before starting and cleaned up well after. Organised everything including building regulations and inspections. Nice friendly team to have around.
