Made appt whilst he was visiting neighbour. 1st appt missed but did not call till 6pm, said he was attending emergency. 2nd appt was weather related, said his team didn't like working in the rain. 3rd appt he rang at 9.13 to say they were on their way and would be there 10.30 or sooner. At 11.30 no show so rang mobile but no reply, rang again 12.30 no answer,left messages,sent text no reply. To this day I have had no explanation why they failed to turn up and still not contactable. Email sent, no reply Not sure how they have got so many good reviews based on my experience. Totally unreliable.

Very awkward stumps surrounded by old rockery removed cleanly using a monster of a machine. Also removed some flat bushes and an annoying elder tree.

Excellent service. I was contacted straight away, with a next day visit. They arrived when said and assessed, giving immediate quote and job done there and then. Very pleased with quality of work and a very pleasant and friendly individual. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

Daniel came, gave me a quote and was able to do the work to my satisfaction. The property is in a conservation area and he understood all the implications. The sycamore needed to be removed and the oak tree reduced plus dealing with the ivy.
