We had a prompt and cheery response to our request for help. David quickly worked out what had gone wrong (in spite of the symptoms having miraculously cleared themselves over the weekend) and checked thoroughly that all was well. Strongly recommend Toucan Appliances Ltd.

They seem very reluctant to speak directly to customers despite asking for a phone number! Keen for payment upfront, then failed to turn up to the appointment! Rather than calling to cancel and rearrange, I received an email that I didn't see until after waiting for 3 hours for them to turn up! Communication afterwards showed they didn't appreciate this was unacceptable. Company thought it was fine to email me a new appointment rather than calling to make sure I wasn't waiting and to arrange at a new time that was suitable for me. Just didn't bode well, so decided to cancel.

I booked Toucan through external means. I paid £75 for a home visit as I had a glass door or two missing from my oven (I did not know how many I should have). The engineer came and said that the cooker should have two more glass doors and that I would get a quote for replacing these. The quote was over £300 pounds so I consulted the Oven website and customer service. There was one door missing and that cost £120.

Excellent. Phoned them and it was fixed in about 24 hours. Chap turned up with the correct replacement part and sorted it.

Booked quickly and easily the day before absolute life savers, machine fixed 2 days before Christmas with no hassle or stress! Called me to give. 2 hour window then called back to say on his way, amazing customer service. No mess, no hassle wouldn’t have even know he was here. Highly recommended
