    Extremely prompt and professional

    He replied within less than a minute of me sending the request and was at my house in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and advised me on what needed to be carried out and a price. The work was carried out immediately and it was lovely to be able to lock my door again with ease.

    Extremely quick, knowledgeable and thorough

    My email enquiry was answered by a phone call within seconds and within an hour he was at my house and replacing my lock as requested! Talk about speedy service. Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite and went above and beyond helping me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or ask him to come back and do another job!
