Great communication, knowledgeable, no pressure highly recommended

Great communication and arrived promptly. Changed the locks including drilling out one that had missing keys. Offered lots of useful advice with no pressure and plenty of options. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when needed.

We were locked out of our house. I found Towergate on Checkatrade, and he was able to come out within an hour. Helpful and friendly and got the job done. He made a point of finding the best point of entry, to minimise damage to the doors. Very happy and would use the company again.

Prompt response for a non emergency new lock. Arrived on time and completed the job in half an hour. The work was of a high standard. Also a friendly and helpful manner. Won’t hesitate to call Towergate in the future. Very pleased.
